Q: How to deal with it if my Google Authenticator is lost?
Please confirm if you have backed up your Google Key（The key may look like "Key:6QGMVNJ43XSEI****);
If yes, please download Google Authenticator APP and input that key (Scan the code or Manually add account) then it will generate the code for you.
If you didn't save the Google key, however, you are able to access to your account right now. Please kindly go to Security page to click "Reset", then you can try to reset it by yourself. (APP: Security >> Google Authenticator >> Reset; Web: Profile Setting >> Account Security >> Google Authenticator >> Reset)
If you are unable to access to your account, you may need to email to email@example.com via your linked email address. Then please elaborate your request in details and attach your KYC document, it will have our specialist to follow up.
Q: What should I do if my Google Authenticator doesn’t work?
At first please confirm that you are using the correct code for your OKEx account, not input the wrong code of other account by accident.
Secondly please kindly correct the time in your Google Authenticator APP by clicking "Settings".
