Q: How to change my phone number?
A: If you can login your account, you can modify your phone number according to the following steps.
Please click “Account Security” → “Mobile verification” → “change” → Input your new phone information and verification code → “Confirm”
If you can’t login your account, please send your request and KYC document to firstname.lastname@example.org by your registered email. After confirming your information, our customer support can help you remove the old phone number and then you can bind a new one.
Note: This procedure may require you to do video verification or account frozen.
Q: What should I do if I can’t receive SMS code?
1) Please clean the cache and try to log in again.
2) Please try to remove/add “0” before your phone number and try again.
3) Please download desktop client or mobile app to try again
