Q: Why can’t I find my fund?
Step 1. Please confirm your asset is in which account, such as funding account, trading account, future account, etc. Then please login your account - click “Assets” in the upper right of corner. Then you will see your assets, which is under different accounts. Please check all the accounts to avoid any possibility that you miss it.
Step 2. Please make sure that you login the right account, please don’t mix up if you have multiple accounts.
Step 3. Please make sure that you login the right website: www.okex.com, not other website.
